Before launching Avenue Homes in 2019, Mariam was recognized as a top producer two years in a row at her previous brokerage—an achievement that reflected both her work ethic and deep care for her clients. When that brokerage was sold to a larger corporation, Mariam stepped into brokerage leadership, determined to build the kind of company she once needed herself.

Her real estate journey began well before getting licensed—first as an assistant to her former broker and later as a standout student of the craft. Today, she's known not only for her industry knowledge but also for the compassion and integrity she brings to every transaction.
